STEP 1: PREPARE

STEP 2: NOTICE

machine.
STEP 3: CLOSE
Close the machine or equipment.
STEP 4: LOCKOUT
Lock the closed equipment or machine after make sure that nobody turn on the valve and the switch. Then you can
affix on the warning label or lock wittag to avoid operate miss.
STEP 5: TEST
Test all equipment and circuit make certain all of them have been locked out.
STEP 6: MAINTAIN
Maintain the machine according to the applied situation of the equipment.
STEP 7: RECOVER
Recover the equipment and circuit while remove the lockout and tagout. And inform all workers after provide the
energy.
STEP 8:Unlock and tag out
When the job is complete, make sure no one is in the danger zone around the device, and notify all concerned that you will be restarting the device before unlocking and tagging out. Only authorized human rights can unlock and tag out, and this work must not be delegated to others.
